About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in coordinating the development of medium-density projects from procurement through to handover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping residential landscapes and contributing to the delivery of dynamic and architecturally designed developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate successful project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Partner with Project Managers to track cost centres, manage budgets, and monitor project schedules.
  • Build lasting relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality outcomes.
  • Regularly visit sites to offer insights into trade engagement, material use, and overall coordination, ensuring each project stays aligned with expectations and quality standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or contract administration.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing complex fast-paced residential builds.
  • The ability to navigate procurement, manage budgets, and keep projects on track while maintaining a keen eye for quality.
