We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older individuals in their own homes.

About the RoleThis permanent part-time position offers:

- Award rate $29.51 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in aged care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure our clients' living environments remain safe and comfortable.
- Supporting our clients with meal preparation and shopping, as well as providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
- Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care and domestic assistance.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
