About the Role:You'll be out and about in the community, working closely with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care services such as hygiene, showering, toileting, and general grooming
- Transporting clients to and from appointments
- Supporting with domestic cleaning
- Preparing light meals and feeding assistance
- Offering companionship and dedication to helping clients live independently
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including:
- A competitive salary of $31.89 per hour + 11.5% superannuation
- Tax-free benefits through salary packaging up to $15,899 per annum + meal and entertainment card ($2,650 pre-tax)
- Travel reimbursement of 99c per kilometre

- Parental leave of 9 weeks paid (for eligible applicants)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support with electives in 'Ageing' or 'Home & Community' or equivalent
- A current and unrestricted Australian driver's licence and ability to travel using your own vehicle
- A current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements
