
Centre Operations Coordinator

The Centre Administration Manager is responsible for delivering administrative services to support centre management operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Centre Management office – order stationery, maintain kitchen amenities, manage meeting rooms and arrange stakeholder meetings.
- Raise invoices, receipts and purchase orders as required and enter details into finance systems for processing.
- Prepare calculations for various income streams, including turnover rent, extended trade and mailbox income, as requested by management.
- Prepare centre communications for distribution to tenants and other stakeholders, including issuing letters of demand and breach notices.
- Process lease assignments, including issue the assignment pack and associated correspondence, ensuring required forms are obtained prior to or at settlement of the business.
- Participate in emergency procedures training and crisis management training, as well as centre management inductions and weekend/extended trade rostering as required.
Previous experience in an Administration role within a commercial environment would be highly regarded, combined with well-honed problem solving skills and a high level of initiative.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and ability to build effective working relationships are essential.
Exceptional communication skills and strong skills across the MS Office suite; exposure to Adobe Acrobat and experience with SAP, CTI and Salesforce would be advantageous.
