Job Summary

This role supports the Research and Innovation Team by providing administrative and operational assistance to two CoBL Research Centres.

The position is responsible for coordinating the Centres' day-to-day administration, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the leadership team, and assisting the Directors in managing centre membership and identifying new opportunities.

  • Manage the Centres' websites and communication channels.
  • Conduct outreach and support the planning and delivery of events.
  • Contribute to the coordination of key projects and ensure major initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with agreed objectives.

This is an opportunity to work independently as well as part of a team, liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships, and demonstrated ability to manage engagement and communications activities.
