Join a leading aerospace organization to apply for the Senior Manager Training Capability role in Brisbane.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic management and execution of the Training Capability as part of the Support Systems team. This role requires a systems approach to training with a focus on design and development. You will lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities, and drive competency development for training specialists across the business.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery, and be a recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment. Experience within a Military training environment would be beneficial.

You will need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence new business opportunities and current training operations to establish and grow an enterprise-wide capability to the business and our customers. The role will also involve providing recommendations on tools, technologies and standards adoption.
