Learning Projects Consultant

The role of a Learning Projects Consultant involves delivering learning associated with major business projects, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and working closely with Partners and Authorized Representatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and deliver training for key business projects, Partner businesses, and Authorized Representatives.
    • Manage a portfolio of projects, considering dependencies, learner outcomes, and capacity.
    • Consult with stakeholders to understand root causes and success measures of projects.
    • Drive continuous improvement in learning design and delivery across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar qualification.
  • Experience working in project structures and environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
  • Understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment.
