As a Cycling Physiotherapist, you will be working with an experienced team to treat and manage a range of injuries and conditions affecting cyclists.
Key Responsibilities- Treat and manage acute and chronic injuries in cyclists, including musculoskeletal injuries, overuse syndromes, and other cycling-related conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of cyclists to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with strength coaches, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for cyclists.
- Develop and implement bike fitting protocols to improve rider comfort and performance.
- Provide education and guidance to cyclists on injury prevention, bike maintenance, and training techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- A physiotherapist with experience treating cyclists and a strong understanding of cycling biomechanics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cyclists, trainers, and other team members.
- The ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
