Your Role

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get hands-on—literally and figuratively. As part of our team, you'll:

Use your physiotherapy expertise to treat and manage a range of issues and injuries from everyday athletes to elite ones,

Build and manage your caseload within the team

Offer bike fits that elevate both performance and comfort, helping riders find their sweet spot.

Lead the charge in building a welcoming community for cyclists, championing inclusivity in Melbourne's riding culture.

Collaborate with an innovative team of healthcare pros, from strength coaches to dietitians, all committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible for cyclists.

Help shape the future of Ciclo's cycling clubs and events, fostering connections that stretch beyond the clinic walls.

Rides the Talk: You're a cyclist who gets the sport on a personal level—someone who understands the triumphs and tribulations that come with the saddle.

Builds Bridges: You're passionate about fostering a tight-knit cycling community and eager to spotlight women riders in Melbourne.

Masters the Mechanics: You're keen (or experienced) in bike fitting, biomechanics, and using your knowledge to make every ride feel perfect.

Build a Caseload: You've shown evidence of building and maintaining a caseload, including following up and building referral networks

Leads with Heart and Humour: You can build rapport with clients easily, work within a team seamlessly, grow with us and add some humour (because we've only got Phill with a sense of one)

Competitive, flexible pay packages:

The ideal candidate can work Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday afternoons, and Saturday mornings, with the potential to build to full-time if desired and if we are a good fit.

Salary + commission or subcontractor arrangements with superannuation—let's tailor it to fit you. If on a Salary, pay will be between $80,000 and $90,000 base salary, depending on experience, with fortnightly commission targets and the ability to earn much more.

Subcontractors would range from 47.5 to 55% commission with super on top.
