We're on the lookout for a Cycling Physiotherapist to join our team alongside Evolutio and Ciclo.

At Evolutio and our new brand Ciclo, we're on the lookout for a part time Physio with experience in both private practice and bike fitting to join our team and work across our Evolutio and Ciclo brands. The applicant will work as a Private Practice Physiotherapist managing and treating injuries and their own caseload whilst learning and conducting both standard 1 hour bike fits and longer 2hr tailored bike fits that require both some hands on physical assessment and functional assessment.

You will be working alongside an incredible team of Physiotherapists at our 3-level modern warehouse clinic in Richmond, which has our bike fits on our ground floor alongside our dining table waiting area, coffee and reception, with treatment rooms upstairs and a fully equipped 80sqm gym in the basement.

As part of Ciclo and Evolutio, we're not just fixing injuries, we're shaping and improving how Melbourne rides. We combine Cycling Physiotherapy, Precision Bike Fits, Strength Training and Programming to provide a one-stop destination for cyclists. More than a service, we're creating a space where the cycling community feels supported and looked after, from new riders to advanced riders. We also offer a free community ride every Thursday morning with coffee afterwards from our clinic in Richmond.

Your Role

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get hands-on and get going. As part of our team, you'll:

• Use your physiotherapy expertise to treat and manage a range of issues and injuries from everyday athletes to elite ones, working both within Ciclo Evolutio
• Build and manage your own caseload within the team
• Make new referrals and referral partners to build your caseload and grow the business
• Offer bike fits that elevate both performance and comfort, helping riders find their sweet spot.
• Lead the charge in building a welcoming community for cyclists
• Collaborate with an innovative team of healthcare pros, from strength coaches to dietitians, all committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible for cyclists.
• Help shape the future of Ciclo's cycling clubs and events, fostering connections that stretch beyond the clinic walls.

• Someone who also loves treating all injuries, from ACL's to acute shoulders, to backs
• You love working within a team, using your time, analysing how something can be done better

• You can build rapport with clients easily and love talking with people

The ideal candidate can work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings, with the potential to transition to full-time if desired and if we are a good fit.

Hourly rates will be between $40 and $50 per hour, based on experience, with fortnightly commission targets that are highly achievable and give commission on top of this rate.

Subcontractors will range from 47.5% to 55% with super added on top

We are open to both applying and specifically subcontractors with a current caseload and private practice experience.
