About the RoleWe are seeking a suitably experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Communications and Customer Service team.
This position is responsible for providing administrative expertise to support the functions of the section and Council's Corporate and Community Division as a whole.
The successful candidate will bring:

- Demonstrated extensive experience in administrative roles, including maintaining databases, generating reports, and preparing and reviewing documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, while adapting to changing priorities and resolving issues independently.
- Proven highly developed written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience using corporate software and databases, with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
- Proven experience with electronic records management systems.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
- Proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to division and organisational outcomes.
The rewards include:
- An annual full-time salary range of $63,900 to $73,300 (plus 11.5% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
