We are seeking a professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in commercial and contractual management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating tenders, quotations, and contracts to ensure they accurately assess commercial risks and adhere to company policies.
  • Maintaining records of commercial, contract, quality, and safety matters to protect the organization's position.
  • Undertaking post-contract completion reviews and recommending corrective action as necessary.
  • Identifying new work opportunities outside existing contracts to add value and drive business improvements.
  • Establishing effective performance metrics for direct reports and driving results.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management with Tier 1 or 2 company experience.
  • Proficient understanding of commercial and contractual management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and management of commercial contracts.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Word and Excel.
