Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Employer Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As an Employer Relationship Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local employers, creating a network of industry connections, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation and Sourcing: Identify and generate leads, and source vacancies that align with job seekers' skills, resulting in successful placements.
  2. Industry and Employer Linkages: Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry leaders, employers, and community organizations to drive business development and growth.
  3. New Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities, expanding our network of employer partners.
  4. Labour Market Analysis: Analyze local labour markets to provide coaching and advice to job seekers, employers, and team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in the job market.
  5. Networking and Marketing: Regularly attend networking events and market our services to employers, promoting our brand and expertise.

  2. Business Development and Marketing Skills: Proven experience in business development and marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

  4. Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: A results-driven and self-motivated individual, with a strong desire to achieve business growth and success.
