- Provide expert advice and guidance on credit risk management to Business Banking clients, including credit origination, analysis, and review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
- Monitor and report on credit risk exposure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Banking clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in credit risk management, with a strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as Finsia or PRMIA.
