Senior Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Lead to manage our construction site and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including construction management, program, and workplace relations management
  • Lead and coordinate the team to procure, deliver, and install plant, amenities, and materials
  • Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders and manage subcontractor works
  • Maintain on-site safety and personnel issues, ensuring effective implementation of Tier 1 building site procedures and standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Trade Qualification in a construction-related field
  • Over 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years of management experience
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of on-site construction and managing safety and personnel issues
