**Job Opportunity: Senior Site Manager Position Available**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team in delivering the New Women and Babies Hospital project in Perth.

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the construction plan on site, managing changes to meet schedule and project objectives, and ensuring effective management of subcontract works through inductions, pre-start meetings, and relevant actions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure compliance with project plans, including the construction management plan, program, and workplace relations management plan.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of subcontractor labour and supervision resources required for the project.
  • Lead and support the team to coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of plant, amenities, and materials.
  • Attend regular subcontractor meetings to review progress against objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • A Diploma or Trade Qualification in a related field to Construction.
  • Minimum 10 years construction experience, with 5+ years management experience.
  • Extensive experience in all relevant aspects of on-site construction.
  • Training and experience in managing on-site safety and personnel issues.
