Site Operations Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily site operations, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

This is a full-time position responsible for:

  • Managing site activities;
  • Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and representatives;
  • Tracking project milestones and reviewing construction drawings;
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with preparation of ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs as needed;
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering (civil or mechanical preferred);
  • Experience in water infrastructure projects, including involvement in water or wastewater treatment plant construction;
  • Strong understanding of methodologies, including interpreting technical drawings and specifications;
  • Proficiency in site documentation and systems;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
