Administration Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in a corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with various tasks, including in-office and on-site duties.
- Participate in property inspections, routine maintenance, and arrears management.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Support leasing and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
- Engage and supervise contractors, manage building access for agents and service providers.
- Perform office administration tasks, including document preparation and organization.
- Contribute to property marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance our brand reputation.
- Serve as a fire warden for the building and perform ad-hoc administration duties to support the team.
Requirements:
- Proven office experience in Reception or General Admin, preferably in the Property industry.
- Experience or interest in property, construction, or real estate.
- Polished communication skills and ability to deal with all levels.
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong typing skills (40wpm) and proficiency in MSOffice.
