Life Enrichment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the lives of our residents by designing and implementing engaging social and leisure programs.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering tailored activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. This may involve collaborating with families, volunteers, and clinical staff to provide guidance and support in facilitating meaningful interactions.
To excel in this position, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds, and a passion for inspiring people to live purposeful lives. A Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, think creatively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents.
Key Requirements:
- Strong program development and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent (desirable)
