Marketing and Sales Specialist Role

    As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Australian properties to China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Job Description

    The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to promote Australian properties across various markets, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This role requires collaboration with the project marketing team, developers, builders, and clients to achieve sales growth objectives.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing branding strategies to enhance company image and reputation
  • Preparing marketing proposals to support departments for marketing campaigns to developers, builders, and clients
  • Reviewing marketing budgets, analyzing platforms for advertisements, and designing marketing campaigns to engage sales growth
  • Preparing marketing materials for sales teams and managing CRM to dispatch EDM for leads generation (English & Mandarin)

Required Skills and Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a related industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
