About the RoleAs a Senior IR/ER Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on industrial relations and employment law matters. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with unions and building productive working relationships
- Working closely with the wider HR and legal teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Providing IR & ER guidance to local and regional stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Driving a collaborative and harmonious working environment
- Drafting and finalizing formal documentation to support legislation and policy matters
- Interpreting relevant modern awards, legislations, and regulations
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual with a strong background in industrial relations or law. You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in industrial relations or law
- Confident communication skills at all levels of seniority
- Prior IR/ER experience, ideally supporting a large workforce
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards, and regulations
