About the Role:
  • Coach and advise managers in HR and business matters, including grievances, formal complaint management, and disciplinary matters
  • Conduct investigations, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and legislative requirements
  • Design and implement training and development strategies that align with company goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational change initiatives to improve outcomes for stakeholders and build a shared sense of direction and culture
