The Assistant Manager role is pivotal in driving the success of our operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with financial oversight and reporting, supporting membership services and administration, leading IT system updates and integration, overseeing operational activities alongside the CEO, supporting the CEO in developing and delivering strategic initiatives, contributing to marketing and promotions, helping to develop and implement club policies, and supporting HR functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management: Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the club's financial stability and growth.
  • Operational Oversight: Work closely with the CEO to oversee daily operations, including managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
  • IT System Integration: Lead the implementation of new IT systems and software to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support the CEO in developing and delivering strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
