Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our service team in delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a fast-paced service environment, ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers, and driving business growth through process improvements.

This is a pivotal role where your impact is felt every day. You will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, schedule and dispatch technicians, liaise with technicians to ensure job readiness, and track job progress.

You will also be responsible for auditing WIP reports, following up outstanding jobs, and coordinating with supervisors and finance to get invoices finalized.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in service coordination or scheduling (maintenance, trades, construction, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communication and client service skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset - comfortable with new systems, AI tools, and job management software.
  • Resilient, proactive, and mature enough to handle pressure with professionalism.
  • A team player who can pull people together and foster a positive culture.
