An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager Integrated Operational Services who is accountable for the effective leadership and management of the timely day to day operation of all Environmental Services throughout the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) network and deliver on organisational objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

The role provides expert advice and development of strategic direction to the Director of Operational Support Services and SCHHS Senior Management.
Integrated Operational Services is a business unit within the Directorate of Operational Support Services (OSS) which includes Food Services, Logistics and Supply Services, Protective Services, Emergency Response and Volunteer and Interpreter Services. The Manager Integrated Operational Services reports to the Director of Operational Support Services.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead, develop and review strategies to ensure effective and ongoing management of the Environmental Services network is in accordance with operational plans and departmental requirements.
- Provide strategic support and expert advice to the Director of Operational Support Services and SCHHS Executives.
- Consult collaboratively with the Director of Operational Support Services and Finance Department to develop, plan, monitor and review annual budget and implement regular reporting mechanisms to the Director of Operational Support Services including evaluation and recommendations for service delivery improvement and cost-effective solutions.
