Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled facilities manager to lead our day-to-day operations, delivering and improving facilities management services across multiple sites.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and implement business plans to ensure effective delivery of facilities management services.
  • Effectively manage maintenance budgets and negotiate contractual agreements to achieve cost savings and optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular site audits to verify that maintenance work is completed in accordance with agreed scope and meets safety and risk assessment standards.
  • Resolve landlord and property-related issues promptly, ensuring all sites remain safe and fully operational.
  • Support supervisors, technical workforce, and subcontractors working within the region.
  • Regularly provide detailed reports and analysis of business performance to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, overseeing maintenance programs and possessing a solid understanding of building systems.
  • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to comprehend financial reports and make informed decisions.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and administrative abilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Working with children check or willingness to obtain, as well as preparedness to undergo a police check.
