About the Role:

You will assist in managing day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and ensure a fun, safe, and productive experience for our students. You will teach life-saving skills with a play-based approach and help enhance the swim school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and motivate teams to achieve goals
  • Develop strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to manage multiple priorities
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team
  • Adapt to dynamic environments and lead by example
  • Availability for at least one weekend shift

Requirements:

  • Current Blue Card and CPR certification
  • Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (we can help you obtain this if you don't have it)
