Teaching life-saving skills with a play-based approach is the core of this role.

We're looking for someone who can foster a welcoming environment, teach essential swimming skills and provide ongoing support to our students. If you have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing engaging lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive class environment
  • Providing feedback and guidance to students on their progress
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a current Blue Card and CPR qualification, as well as a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification. Don't worry if you don't have these qualifications yet – we offer training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
