Your Role:
You'll drive the success of our Swim School program as the Swim School Manager. Your responsibilities include optimising commercial returns while maintaining excellence in service delivery. With a hands-on leadership style, you'll actively participate in day-to-day activities, from teaching to administration. You'll dive into all aspects of our operation, truly leading by example. Your dynamic leadership is key in supporting our 7-day-a-week operation, cultivating a vibrant atmosphere that defines our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Optimism: Oversee the potential, planning, resourcing, and execution of our learn-to-swim programs, always with an eye toward growth and excellence.
- Lead with Ownership: Manage growth opportunities meticulously, taking responsibility for performance metrics and reporting.
- Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and empower talent, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel.
- Be Customer-Obsessed: Adopt our approach to passionately educate and engage customers, enhancing their experience and skills.
- Lead with a Growth Mindset: Embrace and implement innovative ideas and approaches to continuously improve our services.

Essential Qualifications:
- Current Blue Card
- First Aid (inc. CPR) Qualification
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Qualification
- Poll Lifeguard Qualification
