Our mission is to provide high-quality swimming lessons and experiences that are fun, friendly, and welcoming for everyone.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly at reception. This includes providing outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude to deliver the best possible customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work at least one shift on the weekend
  • Current Blue Card (Working with children check) and Current CPR Certificate

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Swim School Manager to ensure cohesion between pool and reception. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring front of house presentation is maintained at the highest level
  • Managing swim school sales enquiries via phone/in person
  • Maintaining back of house administration/work areas at the highest standard
  • Pos processes and administration
