About This Role

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced educator who can effectively lead and manage a school team. A key aspect is fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring all students receive a high-quality education.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement school improvement plans, promoting academic excellence and well-being for all students.

School Leadership and Management Prerequisites (SLMP)

To be successful in this role, you must complete the School Leadership and Management Prerequisites (SLMP) program within a specified timeframe.

Desirable Requirements

Prior experience as a teacher or school leader is highly desirable. Additionally, possessing four years or more training defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005 would be an asset.
