Event Management Specialist

As an Event Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering high-profile events within the Department of Education.
- Coordinate event briefings from inception to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality event documentation, including event briefings, logistical information, and run sheets.
- Draft speeches and speaking points for events.
- Lead events at schools and early childhood facilities to ensure successful implementation, including event photography.
- Provide strategic advice to executives, Ministers' Offices, and internal teams on event opportunities, risks, and issues management.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information for briefs.
The Victorian School Building Authority oversees Victoria's largest school building program since the introduction of free public education in the 1870s.

- Building and expanding schools and early childhood services to meet Victoria's growing population needs.
- Reforming how we maintain and modernise school buildings and grounds.
