Role Summary
Lifecare is a healthcare organization that requires a Client Services Officer to provide exceptional patient care.
This casual role supports the team in Melbourne, offering an ideal location with cafes, free parking, and public transport access.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming telephone queries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting Physiotherapists and Allied Health professionals
- Scheduling patient appointments and responding to general inquiries
- Processing payments, invoices, and balancing daily banking
- Collecting unpaid invoices and assisting with stock management
- Performing general housekeeping duties, including tidying clinic rooms and areas
- Undertaking various administrative tasks
The Client Services Officer will work collaboratively as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls professionally and resolving customer queries
- Providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Managing finances, including processing payments and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
