Main Responsibilities- Offer strategic guidance, coaching, and advice to supervisors and staff on HR matters, including work health and safety, employee performance, and workplace behavior.
- Develop a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with our broader people development initiatives.
- Nurture relationships with various levels of the organization, supporting managers in local HR decision-making and implementing departmental HR initiatives.
- Lead the integration of organizational HR strategies within the designated area and contribute to the implementation of people development activities.
Represent the organization at relevant tribunals and commissions, providing expert advice and recommendations to senior management on workforce strategies.
