Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to attract and engage local and Interstate talent for the successful delivery of a major Transmission Development Project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand timelines, workforce requirements, and critical resourcing priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment by advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates via multiple platforms.
  • Manage high-volume screening, shortlisting, and interviewing processes to ensure quick turnaround and project readiness.
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS system, ensuring alignment with compliance and project reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Lead on talent strategies, including workforce planning, pipeline development, and employer branding to support project success.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have experience in recruitment and talent management. A strong understanding of labor market trends and knowledge of industry best practices would be highly beneficial.
