The IT Support Technician role at Red Bull Australia is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day IT support of end-users.

Job Overview

This position requires a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong technical skills to ensure timely and effective resolutions to hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional end-user onboarding and ensure seamless integration with global standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, implementing fast resolutions and ensuring timely communication with end-users.
  • Administer, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems, including system upgrades, patches, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory within Red Bull standards and coordinate device rollouts and replacements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.

Compensation:
