Clinical Systems Trainer

Milestone IT is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Trainer to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for a large healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Tailor training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse learners.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to familiarize users with the EMR system's features and functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users during the post-implementation phase.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals and timelines.
- Track and report on training progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an EMR Trainer or Healthcare IT professional.
- In-depth knowledge of EMR systems and their applications in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in EMR training or a related field is preferred.
