The role you are applying for is an Allied Health Practitioner position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based best-practice assessment, formulation, and intervention for mental health disorders and other systemic barriers preventing clients from entering employment or beginning study.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (negotiable based on skills and experience). As a public benevolent institution, we offer tax-effective salary packaging.
In this role, you will support customers to address non-vocational barriers and develop their skills and job readiness. You may also deliver training relevant to the field and consultancy with other service providers.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate experience in delivering a wide range of therapeutic interventions and have high interpersonal skills with experience in providing counselling and short-term intervention to customers with complex needs.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Coburg site. You will enjoy a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week, and still receive remuneration as a full-time employee.
You will also need to hold a current driver's licence and have a minimum Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counselling.
