About I-MED Radiology

We are pleased to offer a part-time opportunity for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at John Fawkner hospital in Coburg, rotating around the Northwest region.

This 12-month fixed term role reports to the Nuclear Medicine Coordinator and involves performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures.

As a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will manage patients and operate specialized imaging equipment in accordance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations independently
  • Delivering exceptional patient care and service
  • Developing strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
  • Maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
  • AHPRA registration and VIC radiation license
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse health professionals
