Mental Health Practitioner

Workskil Australia Ltd is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based best-practice assessment, formulation, and intervention for a wide range of mental health disorders and other systemic barriers preventing clients from entering employment or beginning study.
You will work closely with customers to address their non-vocational barriers and develop their skills and job readiness. The role may also involve delivery of training relevant to the field, and consultancy with other service providers.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering a wide range of therapeutic interventions and a high level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in providing counselling and short-term intervention to customers with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based best-practice assessment, formulation, and intervention for a wide range of mental health disorders
- Support customers to address their non-vocational barriers and develop their skills and job readiness
- Delivery of training relevant to the field, and consultancy with other service providers

Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia Ltd is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
