We are seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team at David Jones Warringah Mall in NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity while creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Centric Culture: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Sales and Profit Growth: To drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Team Empowerment: Ensure the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
Attributes You Possess:
  • Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Team Performance: Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
