Purpose
As a Housekeeping Team Lead, you'll do more than just oversee cleaning; you'll lead by example, provide valuable training, ensure efficient task assignment, and conduct regular room inspections. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Participate in cleaning tasks across various areas as needed
- Provide coaching, uphold cleanliness standards, and conduct regular inspections
- Effectively assign tasks and oversee inventory for smooth operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and issues for a pleasant stay
- Collaborate with other departments and communicate performance updates to management
