**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
  2. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance their performance and adherence to hotel policies.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  4. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  5. Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and special requests efficiently.
  7. Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $26-$39 per hour, along with a weekly schedule of approximately 38 hours.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Work Authorisation

A valid work authorisation for Australia is required.

Location

Successful applicants will be required to work on-site.
