Key Responsibilities:- Manage housekeeping staff and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient task completion and high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
