This includes cybersecurity awareness, safe use of AI, and digital hygiene practices across all Sime Industrial business units. The role ensures alignment with strategic priorities with Sime Group and other divisions to fosters a culture where digital safety is embedded into everyday operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and deliver phishing simulations and targeted cyber training for high-risk roles.* Create engaging learning content (infographics, videos, guides) across platforms like SharePoint, Workday, and Viva Engage.* Embed cybersecurity practices into onboarding, safety briefings, and transformation projects.* Collaborate with Cyber, IT, HR, and Communications teams, plus external partners, to drive initiatives.* Lead AI safety and governance programs, addressing risks like deepfakes and AI-driven phishing.* Run incident response exercises, support audits, and contribute to risk remediation.* Track engagement, report on program effectiveness, and provide insights to senior leadership.* Mentor digital safety champions and promote a culture of cyber vigilance.**About You*** Experience in cybersecurity awareness, learning design, or risk management.* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.* Knowledge of emerging cyber threats, phishing techniques, and AI risks.* Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.* Strong reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement mindset.* Creative approach to developing engaging training and awareness materials.* Relevant qualifications**To Apply:**Hit the**'Apply Now'**button **Enquiries:**Please call 1300 071 618 **Contact Person:** Brianna Smith - Brianna.l.smith@hastingsdeering.com.au
