  • Familiarity with governance tools like Ave Point to deliver secure, efficient collaboration in Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience with simulation, visualisation, room bookings, digital signage, and AV/VC systems, including interpreting technical drawings.
  • Ability to integrate a wide range of devices from desktops and tablets to wireless AV and studio equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and big-picture thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a respectful team-focused approach.
