TP Human Capital is collaborating with a government entity to identify a skilled Change Manager for a significant Information Management initiative. This role is a project-based contract offering a competitive hourly compensation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Guide and partner with project teams, business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and empower employees to accept and leverage the changes implemented.
  • Facilitate quicker adoption, increased system usage, and enhanced proficiency among staff.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related discipline (a master's degree in Change Management is advantageous).
  • Approximately 7 years of experience in a Change Manager role or similar positions within a complex organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive change initiatives.
  • A demonstrated history of resolving complex issues and creating effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating challenging scenarios.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and achieving results.
  • A dedication to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
  • The ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Foundational knowledge in Information Management is highly desirable.
