Job Overview:

The role of Technical Supervisor encompasses a critical position within our organization, facilitating operational performance and administration across assigned workshops and technicians. They play a pivotal part in customer liaison, business development, and ensuring site work completion aligns with client requirements.

Main responsibilities include overseeing professional conduct and employee performance, managing new equipment design/build, conducting safety inductions and training plans, and acquiring necessary equipment and safety gear.

This involves maintaining a daily diary, providing reports as needed, monitoring service job sheets, and upholding reasonable work hours. Additionally, they are responsible for creating a safe working environment, promoting company products and services, and allocating suitable time and resources for training.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring exceptional service delivery skills, prioritization abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. The successful candidate will possess relevant trade qualifications, leadership and management experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

They must also be willing to share responsibility with other employees for providing 24-hour on-call service to clients and work reasonable overtime and weekends as required.

Travel may involve regional, interstate, or overseas locations, while physical demands include manual labor, equipment lifting, ladder climbing, and working at heights.
