Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment.
This role involves coordinating the daily activities of the service team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading by example, promoting company values and safety standards within the workshop.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating service requirements, including routine maintenance, system installation and commissioning.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules to optimize equipment efficiency.
- Supporting site works planning and coordination.
- Providing technical assistance with equipment repair and maintenance as required.
- Leading and mentoring the service team to achieve high standards of performance.
- Managing spare parts procurement to ensure timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to facilitate effective service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and workshop procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of workshop operations. They should also be able to work effectively within deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
