Job Title:

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to drive growth across our Transport vertical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives and encourage new thinking for long-term customer partnerships and growth
  • Improve market understanding through competitive benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis and lead and communicate diverse service offerings to drive revenue
  • Support and optimize the sales process for transparency and opportunity investment
  • Enhance customer support and delivery capabilities across borders
  • Generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities through networking and develop and manage high-value relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Liaise with stakeholders

About You:

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent (essential)
  • Proven experience in business development (approximately 5+ years); demonstrated experience working in a logistics environment or related industry; proven experience in managing large accounts in a contracting business maintaining strong customer relationships; developed network of contacts and customers nationally
  • Previous experience in a commercial or finance role (essential)
  • Comparable industry experience (desired)
